Preheat oven to 375°
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Set your stand mixer with the paddle attachment
Cream the butter and sugars on medium to high speed until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, mix well after each addition.
Add the vanilla extract
In a separate bowl. combine all the dry ingredients, except for the oats, then give them a quick whisk.
Add the dry ingredients to the batter and m ix until well combined. Turn the mixer off then scrape the bowl with a rubber spatula to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
Add the oats and mix just until combined.
Add raisins and mix just until they incorporate to the dough
Scoop the dough to the prepared baking sheet
Bake for about 8 minutes.
Let them cool on the baking sheet for two minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
